All prices quoted exclude VAT which is charged at 20% for the ﬁrst twenty eight nights of the stay and reduces to 4% for all subsequent nights.
14 days notice in writing must be given to cancel, extend or vacate. Please note that an option to extend is only granted when the period of the original stay is for at least 28 nights. If there is insufficient notice then an extension may not be possible, or may require a move. There will be a charge for non departures and to re-arrange cleaning.
Please be aware that should there be a reduction in your original stay, the apartment supplier reserves the right to re-calculate the cost or impose a supplement.
