Guest satisfaction track record
We write personally to every guest with full contact information and a brief questionnaire which helps us to collect and monitor a lot of first-hand feedback. This provides an effective route to get issues addressed, and we’ll provide alternative apartment options if required, so the guest can have a choice to move somewhere that they feel suits them better.
