Serviced apartments are also less restrictive than private property rentals as well as being more comfortable and cost effective than hotels. Private property rentals normally require the tenant to commit for a minimum period of time. This is usually for a period of six to eight months. However the terms for renting a serviced apartment are much more flexible. Tenants can book a serviced apartment for as long or short a period as they like; so long as it is available.
People are choosing to stay in serviced apartments because they are the most comfortable, cost effective and least restrictive accommodation option available. Serviced apartments offer executives a home from home at a price that is usually around 25% less than for a hotel room.
