The Price Bands are used to allow broad relative comparisons of buildings with different specifications. The Guide Prices are per night, excluding VAT, based on a typical stay of 7-29 consecutive nights.

Serviced apartment availability and prices are subject to complex factors and as a result these can and do vary without prior notice. We are able to quote firm prices upon request, in date specific proposals.

Prices do vary considerably according to the season, demand, length of stay, group bookings, late availability and bundled extras.

The Spitalfields property comprises self-contained studio, one bedroom and two bedroom serviced apartments with an enclosed landscape courtyard at the centre of the two buildings. All apartments are equipped with modern amenities, high quality furnishings and décor. Services include an on-site reception desk, 24 hour security and the option of an apartment with a terrace or balcony.

Located just off a quiet side street running off Bishopsgate, the property is ideally located between Old Spitalfields Market, Brick Lane and Liverpool Street and is in close proximity to the City and Shoreditch. There are also numerous galleries, resturants and bars in the immediate vicinity. Easy access to the City, Covent Garden and the West End.

Facilities:
Wireless Broadband , Sky TV,DVD, Blue Ray and iPod docking station, King and Queen size beds, Security measures: CCTV, digital card entry system, colour video entry and digital room safe. Fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washer/dryer and quality furnishings and amenities.

Cancellation:
