Serviced apartment availability and prices are subject to complex factors and as a result these can and do vary without prior notice. We are able to quote firm prices upon request, in date specific proposals.

Prices do vary considerably according to the season, demand, length of stay, group bookings, late availability and bundled extras.

   - 2 nights' rental fee for reservation of 7 to 29 nights
   - 3 nights' rental fee for reservation of > 30 nights 
No Show Charge
   - 1 night's rental fee for reservation of < 7 nights
   - 2 nights' rental fee for reservation of 7 to 29 nights
