The Price Bands are used to allow broad relative comparisons of buildings with different specifications. The Guide Prices are per night, excluding VAT, based on a typical stay of 7-29 consecutive nights.

Serviced apartment availability and prices are subject to complex factors and as a result these can and do vary without prior notice. We are able to quote firm prices upon request, in date specific proposals.

Prices do vary considerably according to the season, demand, length of stay, group bookings, late availability and bundled extras.

Cancellation:
1  - 27  nights: Any cancellation or amendment must be made 7 days prior to midday on the day of arrival to avoid cancellation charges equivalent to 7 nights, or the full duration of the stay.
28 nights or longer: Any cancellation or amendment must be made 28 days prior to arrival to avoid charges equivalent to 7 nights.
