Cancellation:
Cancellation policy for any reservation without penalty is penalty is permitted only 21 days before the actual date of arrival for the booking. Later to this a penalty of one weeks rent would be charged to the guest making the booking. Once the booking is confirmed any extension or shortening of the stay is allowed by serving a notice 14 days before the departure dates. All extensions are subject to availability.
